PAYMENTS
You may pay at the time of taking delivery.
Cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express
Cheques: Euro/Sterling Personal or Travellers Cheques

If you wish, you may pay in advance using a credit card.
INSURANCE
All cars are properly insured.
Our comprehensive insurance policy covers everything concerning the vehicle, including damage, theft and fire.
Policy Excess (In the event of an accident)
Groups A, B1, B2 and C an excess of 450.00 Euros
Groups D, E, F and G an excess of 500.00 Euros
Groups J, K1, K2, N and S an excess of 700.00 Euros
Groups H and P an excess of 900.00 Euros
Excess is payable only if the accident is caused by you, the driver.
You may pay 10.00 Euros/day to reduce the excess to zero for Groups A, B1, B2, C, D, E, F, G, J, K1, K2, N and S.
You may pay 15.00 Euros/day to reduce the excess to zero for Groups H and P.
All passengers are covered for medical insurance under the fully comprehensive insurance provided.
The driver can choose if they need personal accident insurance at an extra charge of 6.00 Euros per day.
DRIVING LICENSE
All current EU and international driving licenses are valid in Cyprus.
The minimum age for drivers is 25 years and the maximum age is 70 years.
If you are under 25 years old, you must have held a driving license for at least 3 years.
PETROL
Unleaded petrol should be used. The petrol charges for a full tank are payable on collection, and there is no refund for any unused petrol at the end of the rental period.
TRAFFIC FINES
All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
A second driver is free of charge.
Additional drivers are 5.00 Euros/driver/day.
CHILD SEATS
Baby seats are charged 3.00 euros per day.
Booster seats are charge 2.00 euros per day.
Maximum charge is 40.00 Euros per rental.
CUSTOMER QUESTION: Can I drive the vehicles to North Cyprus?
You may drive to North Cyprus but you will need to pay for separate insurance at the border (15 Euros for 7 days, open 24/7), because there is no insurance company in south Cyprus that covers accidents in north Cyprus. You may use the following 3 border points to pay for insurance and pass 24/7: Ayios Demotios in Nicosia, Pergamos (Pyla) in Larnaca and Vvisoules Strovilia in Famagusta.
CUSTOMER QUESTION: Can I return the petrol tank same level?
Unless specifically requested, we will deliver your car with a full tank and there is no refund for unused petrol at the end of the hire period. If you do not wish to pay for petrol at the time of delivery and will return the petrol tank at the same level, then we ask for your credit card details just in case. If the car is not returned with the same amount of petrol as at the time of hiring, we will deduct the cost of the missing petrol from your credit card, and a refuelling charge of 10 Euros will apply.
CUSTOMER QUESTION: How old are the vehicles in your fleet?
Our vehicles range from brand new to 3 years old, and the average is around 18 months old.
All rental vehicles have to have a MOT (mechanical and emissions test) every 6 months
They are also regularly serviced (oil change etc).
CUSTOMER QUESTION: Do you offer any further discount to airline / UN / RAF personnel?
Yes. If you are an airline, UN or RAF personnel, you are entitled to an addtional 5% discount.

CUSTOMER QUESTION: Do you hire minibuses?
No. According to Cyprus Laws, any vehicles with more than 7 seats must have a taxi license, and we are unable to hire these to drive yourself. If you require a minibus, you will need to rent it with a qualified driver.
